“Snoopy!!!” is the musical sequel to “You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown.” Based on the “Peanuts” comic strip, this focuses more on Snoopy’s life. It features about 10 songs, a few solos for Snoopy and Charlie Brown, as well as one sung by Linus as he waits for the Great Pumpkin to appear on Halloween.

Lynchburg College Dance Works’ Spring Showcase includes tap, jazz, ballet and modern pieces from a variety of motion pictures including “Footloose,” “Sister Act,” “Titanic” and “Grease.” Senior Dance Works members Brook Hamilton, Jen Ord, and Caitlin Pugh will be featured in self-choreographed solos. Also on the program will be a special appearance by LC Theatre students performing “Man Montage,” including music from “Men In Black,” “The Full Monty” and “Robin Hood Men In Tights.” Dance Works Director Megan Emanuel, a 2001 LC graduate, choreographed the show.

“Music Man Jr.” is a condensed version of Meredith Wilson’s musical classic, which follows a fast-talking salesman and his visit to River City, Iowa. Once there, he meets and falls in love with the spinster librarian, Marian Paroo, and convinces the town to adopt his revolutionary music program, called “The Think System,” or face the moral decline of the youngsters of River City.
